Gave presentation including presentation of budget for the year. Requested donation of $3196
Lion Kerri has shirts to hand out in Lion David’s absence. Our sweaters and shirts were a big hit at the MD1 Forum Zone meeting on 17th-we received our missing awards 5-star club, 100% club, 100% secretary, 100% president. Lots of team building exercises. New initiatives We received the 2015/15 Membership Growth award patch for our banner. Leader Dog: Response to our $5K donation. Lion Kerri received a personal phone call from a LD Client. Donation from Goodsearch/Goodshop.com Lion Kerri explained how this program works, much like local Fatwallet does, except the cash back comes to the charity. Will send out a link and directions to the club. We are over $1000 for a 14 month usage period just for normal online activities of a few people. Motion to approve report made by Lion Karen, seconded by Lion Bruce. Report approved without opposition.
BBQ & Brews 2016
Lions Jeanna and Rick Woods will be the new co-chairs for next year’s event. Yay! Thank you!

Good kids Great charter night Justin’s speech was AMAZING! Sock and underwear drive going on for Wimpy’s
119 Families this year with 300 kids so far. Banks, Apex, Chemtool, Schools, Bedazzled Salon asking for more families. Using donated space by Lion Steve P. again this year. Thank you Steve! Deliveries will start December 19th at 9am If you can help deliver get your name to Lion Tami or Lion Jodi.
Will need help with basket making first week of Dec. Donations are down this year. Need actual baskets if anyone has some. Lion Jack has two sets of tires Lions Jeanna, Tami and Karen can help with basket making

Need a syrup sponsor-Lion Theresa said she will cover it Goodies for pancakes (whipped cream, chocolate chips, and candies) this year Lion Bruce confirmed the sausage has been ordered. Santa will be there in his new suit at 9am. Looking for someone to chair this event for next year

Boy Scout Troop 619
Approved budgeted amount of $3K for troop. Motion to approve additional amount out of misc. line on budget made by Lion Kevin, seconded by Lion Jack. Motion carried unopposed.
Roscoe Middle School
Cerebral Palsy student in need of a Novachat 12 device. $5400 -80% which is what family’s insurance covers ($1178) Motion by Lion John Peterson to pay half directly to the provider seconded by Lion Bruce with a challenge to the Roscoe Lions to match funds. Motion carried unopposed.
