| Secretary's Report: Minutes previously emailed. Three awards presented: Kerri Wallace sponsorship pin; President's Retention patch to the club; Jerry Wallace inducted as a lifetime member. Motion by Zig 2nd by Augie to accept the Secretary's Report. Motion Passed. | ||||||||||||||||

| Goldie Floberg sent a thank you note for our $500 donation. | ||||||||||||||||
| RMH foundation sent a thank you for our $500 donation. However, we had approved $1000, so we will send another check for the balance. | ||||||||||||||||
| Golden Apple foundation sent an invitation to their reception, it is 11/12 from 4:30 - 6 pm. Anne and Betsy will attend to represent the Lion's Club. | ||||||||||||||||
| Request from Chief Steve Dickson for a $250 donation for the Rockton Dare program. Motion by Shiela and 2nd By Josh to donate $250 to the program. Motion passed. | ||||||||||||||||

| Cathy update on candy day: This Saturday at noon there is a playoff game at HHS we have permission to have candy day there from 12-2. We have 2 1/2 cases left. | ||||||||||||||||
| Scott gave a report on the Zone meeting he and Kerri attended on 11/4 | ||||||||||||||||
| Steve P gave an update on where we are on OSD planning. We are looking at getting some bigger national acts for Thursday or Sunday night. We are also investing in Rain insurance. | ||||||||||||||||
| Jack passed around a sign up for the pancake breakfast on 12/6, the auction is also that night. | ||||||||||||||||
| Steve P asked if we would cover the cost for wine & beer in the VIP area for the Rockton Chamber. Motion by Josh and 2nd by Jerry to donate $250 towards beer & wine. | ||||||||||||||||
| Next meeting the Celtic Thistle will cater. | ||||||||||||||||
| There is still an issue with a few members and outstanding dues. | ||||||||||||||||
