Meeting called to order at 6:42 pm; 15 members in attendance

**I have not mailed this yet. This is the amount of his bill for the 2009 Charities report. I don’t know the agreement we have with him for these, and wanted approval prior to mailing.

 

Guest Introductions – Chris, a guest of Josh and Michele Brown

 

OSD update – Discussion brought to the table:

1.    Montgomery Gentry Canceled

2.    Waiting on confirmation from Luke Bryan

3.    Possible per day charge of $8

4.    All 4 day pass for festival for 1 person $20

5.    Discussed selling buttons in additional businesses this year

6.    Draft beer vs bottled beer – with draft beer there would be a hight profit margin based on last year’s numbers it would be $12K

7.    Discussion on raising beer and admission prices this year or doing only one or the other this year.

 

Ro/Ro update – Kathy French sent around the sign up sheet for volunteers.

 

Sight & Sound – Cathy Bellich brought information for the Sight and Sound Sweepstakes

 

The Center of Hope will be in attendance at our next meeting to present the Club with an award.

 

Annual 1D Lions Convention will be held on Saturday April 16th at the Galena Community Convention Center, Kim and Mike Peavy will attend

 

Ron presented the membership certificate to the club from the Chamber office.
