| Motion to approve the Treasurer's Report by Steve P second by Josh,
motion carried. |

| Introduction of Guests: |
| Courtney Schuller is back, and intends on joining the club. Also
Carol Lamb is present. |

| Correspondence: |
| Request by Cassidy Bauling for help in a trip to Japan through
People to People. Motion by Zig and 2nd by Charlotte to donate $100.
Motion carried. |

| Request on the behalf of two Shirland middle school children, they
are special needs and low income and want to attend the bi-annual trip
to Washington DC, and they have done quite a bit of fundraising and are
still $519 and $540 short. Motion by Steve P and 2nd by Josh to fund the
balance of their trip. |

| Community Foundation report - We have lost 16% of value this year,
but due to the whole economic picture, not as bad as we expected. |

| Badger Council of Girl Scouts requests a donation - Motion by Zig,
2nd by Kathy to donate $500 - motion passes. |

Auction recap: A big thanks to everyone who helped out, especially
Steve Dickson who headed it up for the 2nd year, unanimously approved to
do it again next year.

| Charlotte reported that we have 75 families to serve this year.
Delivery will be Saturday morning the 20th at 8:30 am - from Ferguson
financial. There was a lot of donations received from school children
this year, many people in the community really have helped out. |
