Treasurer's report was approved 1st Ann 2nd Mike Peavy
Guest speakers Diane Belcher and Deacon Michael Ryan from St.Vincent dePaul Society. Motion passed for $2,000 donation 1st motion Andrew Chavers 2nd Jerry Wallace
Annual Lions club Christmas dinner approved Butterfly Club Dec 16,2010 at 6:30PM $20.00 per person. 3 entree items will be Orange Roughy, Prime Rib, Grilled Chicken Breast meals will include Soup and House Salad and a Baked Potato. Banquet hall holds 75 people
OSD Budget approval..The current budget as is was approved 1st motion Scott Wallace 2nd Mike Peavy.
Josh approached the executive committee members regarding an additional $20K. The outcome was an approval made by the executive committee via email regarding an undisclosed band to approve an additional $20K for this specific band only and only if absolutely necessary in order to book said band.
Members opposed to the current OSD budget approval was 1st Steve P and 2nd Ann W
Next OSD meeting will be held at Ferguson in Rockton on Jan 20,2010 at 5:30 PM
No Christmas Walk update beside the Auction is ready to go. Thanks Michelle
RORO-Mike Peavy brought RORO information and Kathy French will be chair person and Denise Darnell will be the co-chair. Please contact RORO and find out if they will accept a check from The Lions club otherwise pay via a credit card and Kerri Wallace will reimburse immediately. Kim and Mike Peavy will also assist with the RORO

Thank you was received from Center for Sight and Hearing for the 85 pairs of eyeglasses and 12 pairs of sunglasses, 13 frames, 2 clip ons, a basketball, and 5 medals.
