| We need more lens crafters certificates, we are down to one, Stephen Mack and Whitman Post schools have used them. Motion by Kerri, 2nd by Josh to purchase $1000 worth of certificates - motion carried. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| We raised another $219 for candy day - we are sending the HHS booster club $55. Our unofficial total at this time is $2772.09. We have to send 60% to the Lion's of Illinois foundation. We have 1 case of mints left and 1/2 case of the life savers. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| Auction update: Steve Dickson needs help in making baskets up - during our meeting on 12/4 we can work on them, as well if more work is needed we can do the rest on Friday the 5th. We also discussed the news that the chamber decided to put a band in the Legion on the same night we are doing our auction, while this was discussed with Steve, the Chamber did not mention that they were charging a $5 cover charge for the band, which is difficult with our auction audience. Follow up with the Chamber is needed. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
| HHS library did receive the grant they had discussed with us in the spring, we had already committed to purchasing the computer tables if they got the grant. We will send them a check for $691. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
