OSD CARNIVAL-Lion Kerri Wallace- Lion Kerri is ready to pass the carnival for OSD to someone new.  There are lots of details involved.  Person must be very detail orientated and available from before OSD opens all 4 days to after it closes every night during the festival.    Please contact Kerri Wallace if you are interested in taking over the Carnival for 2012 OSD. She will email and discuss with everyone who is interested what is involved.

OSD 2012 may need to be moved to July 12-15,2012 due to scheduling with the Carnival company.  The committee is currently looking for an alternate carnival company for OSD 2012.  The OSD committee will continue to keep the Lions Club members abreast of the situation. We also are looking at possibly moving to a permanent date to the 2nd week in June, this would give us the whole summer as a club ‘free’and also give us a permanent date that wouldn’t have to move.

OSD-Beloit Lionesses-Lion Steve Pomahac talked to the Lionesses regarding 2011 OSD and their continued volunteering for 2012.  There are some concerns and Lion Steve Pomahac has worked through the issues with them and they are willing to help us for 2012.  Motion brought to the table for an additional $500.00 for the Beloit Lionesses motion passed 1st-Lion Dan Bellich 2nd-Lion Ron Nelson
