the Community Development Foundation to fund the balance of our scholarships for
the 2011 year, $480 is due for the Dr Loomis Scholarship & $585 is due for the
Rockton Lions Scholarships. Payment will be made in May. Motion passed 1st-Kerri

Presentation-Boy
Scouts Troop 619 Guy, Scott, and Rob presented the information for re-charter.
Motion approved for $2100.00 1st-Scott 2nd-Dale.
August will be the charter and be responsible for going online and
completing paperwork and being the point person for the scouts within the
Rockton Lions club.

Chistopher and Barry Compagnoni. Barry’s father, Ben Compagnoni is a life club
member of the Rockton Lions club and the family wanted to give back to the
community. They have presented the
club with Ben’s Rockton Lions Golf trophies from past tournaments.
OSD update-Ticket
prices announced and button prices announced.
Discussion regarding advertising cost.
Kerri W to draw up a letter for volunteer groups, so our agreement is
clear.
Rose Day-Cut
off date is March 25th please see Mike Peavy if you have any money to
turn in or need additional tickets.
RORO-
There is a sign up sheet for the Hearing Bus we will need 4 people per shift for
the bus.
The set up
times will be 4-8 Mike and Kim will be there as soon as they can after work
probably about 6:00 to set up for anyone who would like to come help.
