Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm 23 members and 5 guests.

Secretary’s Report: Betsy emailed members the link for the Dec. 17^th meeting.  Motion to approve by Kerri. 2^nd By Josh. Motion Carried.

August announced that he will not be at the meeting Feb. 18^th.  Josh will fill in.

Rockton School District (Hearing and Vision Equipment):

Frank motioned to donate full amount ($1945.00) from the Segzda account. 2^nd by Josh. Motion carried.

St. Vincent De Paul Society:

Motion for $5000 from Jerry W. 2^nd by Steve P.  Motion carried

Rockton Chamber of Commerce membership renewal:

Motion to renew by Jack.  2^nd by Dick.  Motion carried.

Haiti:

Motion to approve $1000 by August. 2^nd by Dale.

Sight and Sound:

Motion to donate $500 by Bart. 2^nd by Cory.  Motion carried.

Dick discussed Rose Day.  He now has tickets and posters.

The golf play day will be Wednesday, September 8^th.

The OSD live remote will tentatively be Feb. 25^th at FIBS.

Next meeting will be February 4^th at FIBS. OSD meeting at 5:30.
