| * 2009 convention booklet, Motion by Betsy 2nd by Bruce to spend $60 for an ad in the yearly booklet. We will use it as an OSD ad. Josh Brown will come up with a beautifully artistic ad to submit. Motion carried. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *We recently approved a donation for Cassidy Bauling for a trip she was taking. She sent a thank you, and also returned the money, as she could not raise the entire amount for the trip. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *Golden Apple foundation sent a letter updating us on the finalists for 2009. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *Rockton Chamber member invoice for $100. Motion by Jerry and 2nd by Bart to re-join the Chamber for another year. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *Annual Report due to the state of Illinois. We will keep the same officers listed from last year for this year. Motion by Kerri, 2nd by Josh. Motion carried with one no vote. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *Golf Playday information, it was decided it would be instead of the 2nd meeting in September. We also need more advertising for the event. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| *Midwest Eye bank sent a solicitation, Scott will look into this for more information as to the relevance to our club and the local community. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Kerri presented Carl Street with his lifetime member certificate. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Scott read a report from Charlotte on the results of the Wimpy's Christmas donations. About $5000 was spent on 75 families. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
