Old Business
Lions Club Membership Drive - Lion Denise Darnell. Committee has not had a chance to meet yet. Lion Kim Peavy asked if the Membership Drive committee would be willing to take on organizing our meeting locations. We would like to see once a month or once every 2 months that the club go to another location for our meeting. Lion Scott Wallace was opposed and did not feel this was needed. Lion Kim Peavy advised every year we approach many restaurants to help in the VIP tent for OSD and it would be a very good gesture to give those places some of our business also. We can also maybe get more restaurants on board with helping during OSD if we did share the love. Lion Denise Darnell advised the committee would take this on with Lion Kim Peavys help gathering a list of locations that would be able to support our meetings.
Hononegah Road Signage- Lion Kim Peavy. At our previous meeting we approved the installation of all of our signs including hardware at a rate of $152.00. This estimate did not include the hardware and the original estimate was hard to read and confusing. Lion Kim Peavy ordered the installation was was advised the cost was $339.00. Lion Kim Peavy received an updated proposal from The Ground Up for $369.00. Motion passed for the additional $217.00 for the installation 1st-Lion Andy Honkamp 2nd-Lion Mike Peavy.

All food must be cooked onsite, We can now charge for a bowl since we are getting food permits. Event will be on 02/11/2012 at The American Center. Still looking for Nesco cookers. Fibs says they have 3.
OSD- Lion Josh Brown/Lion Steve Pomahawk- Announced bands for every night except for Sunday. This is still being worked on. The Kick off party has been moved to 03/29/2012 at Fibs. Ticket sales will go live on 03/30/2012. Sponsorship letters have been sent out, Lion Steve Pomahawk has extra letters if anyone knows a business/person who would like to do a sponsorship. Lion Josh Brown hopefully will have a sample of new Ads from a new vendor at the next meeting to present. Sunday night will again be a free night to see bands, but will still need a Badge to enter the festival.
