Discussion was also held on the Lions Club being the receptor for donated funds to the Rockton Athletic Fields.  Since the club carries a 501C-3 status, those donating to the park, will be allowed to claim a credit on their taxes.  Currently, the design work is being done and Dan Bellich and Scott Fridly, Chairman of the Ad-Hoc Athletic fields committee, will be meeting to finalize the paperwork on how the donations and accounting will be handled.  Scott Wallace suggested that research should be done to see if there is any way a portion of the Sgzeda funds could be donated to the Athletic Fields, such as an area to be used for Special Olympics.
