They do believe their numbers will be increasing from the Weeblos group. They have asked for help with a new troop box for their outings which runs about $500. They were interested in the marketing program suggested at a previous meeting. They have invited us to attend their meetings and vice versa. The troop did not feel there was enough communication during OSD last year regarding the trash situation. We did not touch on any monies from this year’s OSD.
Ro/Ro Expo: Lion Kevin King and Lion Scott Wallace chair this event. March 14-15th at HHS. We will be selling roses in addition to giving free hearing and diabetic screenings at the event.
Rose Day: Co-Chaired by Lion Dick Adams and Lion Karen Martin. Tickets are in and everyone should leave with some tonight. Posters were handed out and there are five yard signs available. Lion Cathy Bellich requested a sign. We have 1000 tickets; let’s make one heck of a showing.
